Where We Ship

Wild Rose Diesel is able to ship merchandise across Canada. We do not accept orders outside of Canada. We only ship to physical addresses deliverable by courier, no PO boxes. Carriers may leave packages at the delivery address unattended. We recommend using an address where someone is present during business hours. WRD is not responsible for package theft or address errors.

Shipping Carriers

Shipping carriers are selected at checkout. We understand the excitement that comes with ordering new parts; however, any ETAs provided are estimated and not guaranteed. There may be certain instances where an alternate carrier is used at the shipping counter as a result of carrier availability and/or dimensional constraints.

Rates

Canada Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Additional freight may apply on large items or extremely remote areas.

Note: Any fee(s) related to Shipping/Freight are non-refundable.

Processing Time

All in-stock products will ship out within 3 business days of the order Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm PST. Many times you will receive the product within a few days of the order being placed, however, we cannot guarantee this with every order. 

We accept returns on all uninstalled/unopened products for 30 days after delivery. Failure to return a product within the 30-day timeframe will result in an additional restocking fee (see below for restocking fee details). Please contact us before shipping anything back to us.

Restocking Fees:

• There is a 5% restocking fee applied on ALL refunds for cancellations and/or returns within 30 days.
• If a product is returned within 30-60 days, there will be a 20% restocking fee applied.
• No returns are accepted beyond 60 days. If product is received out of this timeframe, it will not be refunded. You will be responsible for any/all costs of additional shipping.

Return Process: You will have to ship the product back to us with tracking (return shipping is not covered by Wild Rose Diesel). We recommend shipping insurance, as WRD is not responsible for damage incurred during return shipping. Once we receive the item back here at the shop, we will double-check it. After inspection, if everything looks in order, we can then issue you a refund! Please be sure to write your order number on the outside of the box to ensure that the refund goes to you.

Please Note: We CANNOT accept returns on any electronic parts or custom tuning files and tuners that have been opened, as they become locked to the truck and are unusable going forward. We CANNOT accept returns on installed parts.

Warranty

All items - unless otherwise stated - will carry their full manufacturer's warranty. This warranty is claimed and processed by the manufacturer of the product. However, in the event you're having trouble with the warranty process, you're welcome to contact us, and we'd be happy to help you through the warranty process. content here
